Old Square Shopping Centre, Walsall has been acquired from Columbia Threadneedle Investments for an undisclosed amount.

The Centre was last sold for £30,000,000 in 2006 and remains a landmark within Walsall.

The site consists of approximately 275,000 sq/ft of retail space and a 405 space car park currently let to NCP. Major brand names include, Nationwide Building Society, Primark, West Brom Building Society and the former Debenhams.
