Western Trading Group acquired the 409,000 sqft Brintons Industrial Complex, Kidderminster in 2019 and completed a leaseback deal for a Global HQ with Brintons. Brintons employs approximately 1800 people worldwide and the UK registered company has a turnover of approximately £90 million. The site benefits from 50m yard depths and a 58% site coverage in an up and coming Worcestershire sub-market. Western Trading Group were advised by Knight Frank.
