A pre-application has been submitted to Birmingham City Council for two large towers comprising, 48 and 20 storeys respectively and over 600 units. The scheme sits on 1.4 acres of 21 acres of Western Trading Group’s inner city land holdings and acts as a gateway into cities Gun Quarter from the CBD. The site is approximately 150 metres from Snowhill Station and a 4 minute walk to the cities Colmore Business District.
